Copy the code, then in game open Settings → Crosshair → Import Profile Code (the arrow icon) and paste it. It's added as a new profile.
In Settings → Crosshair, press the export icon next to your profile to copy its code. Paste it here to check it and save it.
Codes are rewritten in the shortest form, leaving out default values like the game does. ADS, sniper and newer settings are kept.
